When you are on tour with the Professional Bowling Association you travel all over the country – including the lovely southwest US. One night I was invited to an underground bare knuckle fighting match (as a spectator) and after watching several matches me and my bowling buddies took off. We stumbled upon this food truck and believe it or not they made something very similar and at that moment it was the best thing I ever ate. Your video literally took me back to that night!
