The way you said 'onion' reminded me of a guy I used to watch cook on TV when I was little. He was an older guy….kinda hillbillyish…..any ideas who I am talking about?

Rick, I have been cooking roast like hours for 47 years. My hubby has had some great meals over the 47 years. Ii have cooked with a stovetop or digital pressure cooker for 47 years. I was never afraid of my stovetop pressure cooker. I have had 5 different brands of digital pressure cookers over 20+ years. A few months ago I purchased a 6 quart GoWise Digital PC. It's my favorite so far. Thanks for sharing hour vlogs. Happy New Year 2019.

Rick that is not a good seer…leave it until it gets much more browned on both sides. However you like it, but that is grey meat, not brown seared…just letting you know. I always love your videos because you are so creative!!! Brown that meat!!!

My husband surprised me with a pressure cooker. It's just him and I and he got me a 14qt pressure cooker because we entertain a lot. I am wondering if it is possible for me to make small two person meals in a 14qt pressure cooker. If so, do I need to adjust different things accordingly? I have never used a pressure cooker but while I wait for my 14qt to arrive I have been looking for recipes for it and I am having issues finding any recipes that are explanatory as far as adjusting for different pressure cooker sizes…. I'm not sure if any of this makes sense haha.

You are a man after my own heart you love to cook that is great, But next time when you while you are searing your pot roast or steak put your onions in two so you can sautee your onions with your meet, To give it more flavor if you didn't know already but I'm sure you do because you look like you really are enjoying yourself which I love…

I’ve bought and returned every pressure cooker there is. I’ve settled on the 14 qt Go wise and 8 qt instant pot. Go Wise is the best for soups. Instant pot for less size meals.

UP HERE IN CANADA ,,,EH,,,?…..Would really love to purchase one of those large 14 qt. pressure cookers, as I cook up large roasts of beef quite often for our crew,…but they won't fit in my 6 qt…I have looked in a lot of stores and can only find 6,qt..
Anyone have an address on where I can order one….?…Thanx for reply….
