Hi Tracy this is Sue, l bought a little scale off amazon and it comes in handy when l make bread and buns, my buns are 80 grams and rolls are 50 grams, and 800 grams makes a nice large loaf of bread, and then all comes out equal in size. Also l found a bread recipe l believe on you tube don't quote me, but it is called White Amish Bread, and it is the best recipe that l have found, always nice and airy, and does it rise nicely, anyhoo, have a wonderful Thanksgiving, ours was small again this year, but good, and have plenty for Christmas so l don't have to buy another one, unless l make loads of soup, lol

I absolutely love how you take control by saying “I’m not going to give them the power, because I have the power.” I kinda do the same by saying, “They’re not stealing my kingdom of Heaven away from me,” and “I don’t give them authority, I have the authority that God gave me.”

I could never do a lattice either but I just cut the top with cookie cutter shapes and it looked very "professional"!! I always add some fresh apple slices and butter and spices with the canned apple pie filling. As long as it tastes as delicious as it looks do not worry about looks!! Enjoy your Thanksgiving!
