    Liked & subscribed!! Also wanted to comment… I didn’t even realize the usual roux mixture (butter & flour) was missing until you said it….no heavy cream, half & half or evaporated milk either! I’m looking forward to trying this!! Enjoyed your humor too but don’t give up on Cuisinart. You win some, you lose some!! 😂

    I made both your big boy chili and hambulker helper and those turned out great. This one, however, im not a huge fan of. The vegetable taste was a bit too strong for me and i had to cover it up with a bunch of seasoning

    I still haven't made the Hidden Vegetable Mac and Cheese again yet. I'm thinking of melding the two recipes together. Like adding the cottage cheese to the original recipe to give it more protein and maintain the veggies.
