Could I use rice vinegar to substitute white vinegar? I can't find white vinegar in my country we only have regular 8% vinegar that is strongly yellow in colour.
I make this, but I just do it the lazy way most of the time bc the sauce is what I really want😂. I just brown some boneless chicken thighs tossed in corn starch and put the sauce on them. It's great like that too.
I make allot of orange chicken, I always do double fry method. Going to try this next. However I do wet and dry batter…is that necessary? Was told it makes more crunchy, and baking soda to chicken helps tender the meat while marinate. Nice work! 👏
