Finally tried a version of this today. I had to use Teriyaki sauce (all I had) and pak choi instead of chinese leek (again, same reason). I also added a habanero (again, same reason lol). It was absolutely delicious. Have set some aside and will be eating it again very soon. Thank you so much <3

I just made this a minute ago, it's great! I was making egg rolls and I had too much filling and not enough wrappers, so I just stirfried the filling for 45 seconds ( I didn't have much left), mixed it with two eggs, and now I'm too full to finish my egg rolls ! I didn't bother with the sauce, just ate them on their own.

Thank you so much for teaching me how to cook Egg Foo Young. My husband said it was the best he's had. Again thank you for sharing your knowledge.

Thank you so very much for sharing your mom's recipe of egg foo young patties with others. You made making the patties very simply and easy to understand how to cook. I grew up on these patties as dinner or lunch from a Chinese Restaurant. It was an all time favorite to eat left overs for breakfast. I know when I can't hold anything down on my stomach that these patties agree with me. Thank you for helping me understand how to make egg fog young patties in a easy and simple way on my own. Thank you

They used to sell this at a Chinese restaurant my family used to go to in the 1950's. It was made with bean sprouts and maybe green onions, served with brown gravy. I asked a Chinese man if he knew what this was, he never heard of it before, so I thought that maybe it was Chinese American…sort of made up.

This recipe is my spouse's favorite dish from your channel. I make this with your Hot and sour soup and fried rice. I have got to do your hot and sour dumpling soup, it sounds delicious.
