Come along as I cook up some easy, tasty Hiker Pasta with a few dry pantry ingredients. Opinel Knife Set: https://amzn.to/4d9iLem …
Yummy
For the price of the stash they could put a set of mug handles on it as well as the pot handle.
Looks tasty … Going to try this recipe soon … Thanks for sharing it with us …
I see you're using the Opinel Picnic Set … I came across it about a year ago and carry it with me on all of my dayhikes … You know … In case somebody on the trail is cooking up a tasty "Outdoor Eats" meal and they decide to share it with me … 😉
FYI … The blade on an Opinel No. 8 can be easily sharpened and you can get a wickedly sharp edge on it …
Looks good, but I'd suggest adding a sachet or squirt of an oil to make it a little saucy so that the pasta doesn't feel so dry. Also, is this Tenkiller? That cove looks familiar
This looks great! Any suggestion for a non-perishable way to make it creamy/saucey as well?
Thank you for the video. How about a cutting board? I carry a foldable one from MSR. It does double duty as a table in my kit.
Looks tasty. I may have to try this. I'd try to see if I could use less fuel in cooking it, tho. I may break up the noodles to fit in the pot, bring the water to a boil, stir for a while, then turn off the stove & place the pot in a pot coozie & wait about 15 min or so.
I love your channel! Im an avid outdoorsman and im an okie too!
Wait, opinel makes a fork!?!
