I love your show! I made all of the puff pastry gifts for a January 1 peace party BEFORE CoVid. Beth, I don't use aluminum foil anymore The aluminum migrates out into foods. Bad, toxic. I learned to use other ways.

Beth, YOU are amazing!!! Yesterday I was looking through YouTube for a panini recipe and didn’t really see what I wanted until I came across yours. It was so funny because I said to myself, “now why didn’t I just start with Beth in the first place!” You are truly my top go-to person. Your videos, tips/tricks (directions) are truly easy to follow and not overwhelming fir me…and I absolutely LOVE that!!! Thanks for all you do for making it comfortable to watch. It’s like I’m in the kitchen right next to you. Great job once again, you never disappoint. I will be trying all these for our small family Easter dinner on Sunday, and will tag you on my IG post. (hope it’s as pretty as yours..)👩🏽‍🍳💗

Hi, Beth! I don't know how it will go with beet hummus but, if you've never tried it before, my favourite thing to dip in regular hummus is APPLE. I highly recommend you give it a go, if you haven't already! 😉

Love your enthusiasm. Love most of your Easter Menu (that beet hummus is beautiful and that veg platter is perfect, the dessert looks really yum and the adult drink sophisticated) But…….. chicken breasts. Our family eats boneless chicken breasts 3 days a week, sometimes 4. For Easter, we want something SPECIAL. Boneless chicken breasts……are not special. Sorry. Come on. This is "Entertaining with Beth". I know none of us are having a big crowd. But we are still Entertaining ourselves. We're special too. So, we need a special spring menu one year into COVID. To treat ourselves. We deserve to wow ourselves, even if no one else can still come over.

Wow! Everything looks amazing! I, too, am in California. May I ask which grocery store chain you prefer? I have never seen the watermelon radish or the edible flowers in the stores near me. (Ralphs, Pavilions, Albertsons). Thanks!

Hi Beth, I love every component of this meal. It's very impressive. But that veggie hummus platter wins the prize!
    How beautiful is that? 👍👍❤
