This is how you eat phở gà the Vietnamese style. I'm from Hanoi and we always enjoy it with some crispy fried dough sticks (quẩy – a MUST HAVE) and maybe a poached egg too. It disgusts me so much to see people squirt loads of that horrible Hoisin sauce right when the bowl is served, no respect to the original premium broth itself.

My kids freaked out when they saw a whole chicken (AND it was a black chicken too) at the Asian market! 🤣🤣 They are in their 20's now &still avoid the Asian meat section, as if pennywise was waiting for them!
