Does nobody give measurements for baking videos anymore? Like am I legit supposed just throw flour in and pray to the banana bread gods that it's the right amount and doesn't come out the oven like a brick of chalk?

I didnt have a square cake tin so I made this in a 30cm round cake tin and added nuts on top. Amazing results! (cook time +-45 minutes)

Thanks for this recipes, I add some nuts and few blueberry and it was deeelicious, not sweet and I also omitted the butter, used olive oil instead.

2 cup flour
1 tea spoon baking power
1 tea spoon baking soda
1/2 tea spoon salt
1 1/2 tea spoon cinnamon
1 cup white sugar
1/4 light brown sugar
6 table spoon vegan butter
2 tablespoon canola oil
1 cup almond milk
1 tea spoon vanilla extract
3/4 large banana
would've been nice to get quantities IN THE VIDEOS, without going to another website…

I used oat milk and just raw sugar (couldn’t find a vegan brown sugar) and it turned out great!
