I make turkey carcass soup every time we have a turkey. Only thing I do different is I take as much meat off the bone before and then add to the soup towards the end, meat will have more flavour, 🦃

I had been thinking about this myself. I said I'm not throwing away my turkey bones and turkey carcass this year. I'm gonna make some turkey bone broth with it. That's what I'm going to do. I know that will be done good soup.
I don't have my crock pot anymore but I do have a pressure cooker XL. It's only a 6 quart though. I still will make it in that. Pressure cooker cook fast.

Hi Denise, This great!! I love making any kind of soup in the slow cooker – as well as my bone broths. But I have to confess, I recently jumped on the multi-cooker bandwagon. I didn't get an instant pot but instead bought a "Mealthy" (I love their commercial!!). In any event, I am going to try to make some broth/soup in it and see how it goes. I experimented with it – and boy do you need to be careful when you release the steam!! Love, Mary

There's a utensil called a Chinese spider I think they use it in the wok or something but it's great to use when you're doing broth or potatoes eggs anyting for scooping them out of the broth so you're not lifting the heavy pot of liquid to your sink you can take out all the chunks first and then strain it when it's much lighter. I picked mine up at the dollar store it's that 5 or 6 in across with a medal grid kind of hard to describe
