It is supposed to be an easy Vegitarian potato soup recipe, all of a sudden ~ here comes the milk, cream cheese, heavy cream, and starch.

Perfect recipe for quarantine cookin’. 😉 I’ve never seen it with this much milk, but it makes sense; definitely seems to make it much creamier than a lot of other versions of potato soup. 😋
