Have to say that I am slightly concerned about your use of Braggs Aminos in most of your recipes. There is a huge question mark over its use because of the 3MCPD it contains ( chlorohydrins) which are toxic. The same applies to soy sauce. Think this is why Braggs have taken it off the shelves to re-formulate it. What else can you suggest we use instead of these products? Love what you do by the way!

Soy curls are so versatile. We often separate the smaller pieces from the larger pieces before soaking them. We use the smalls in tacos and chili. We like to use the larger pieces in stir fry’s, fajitas, grain bowls, bbq sandwiches, etc. I plan to experiment with them one day using them to make jerky.

I have a real honest question.. if you don’t use oil how do you take care of cast-iron pans?!? I also don’t cook with oil but I have a hard time with my cast-iron pans. I do put coconut oil on them but honestly I don’t know how to take care of them??? I’m always salting them and trying to get the rust off. 😂😂😂🤷‍♀️ Maybe you could do a video on that? But please just let me know! Thank you!

I love soy curls and mixing them with BBQ sauce is my fav. I want to try your BBQ sauce coz it seems so much more WFPB than the others I’ve made. (Are molasses a WFPB product?). Also, you kind of skipped over it, but did you make your own tortillas or did you buy them? If you made them- can you reference a video of you making them, and if you bought them, could you mention a brand? Thanks for doing this video- can’t wait to try it! OH, and the cole slaw looks DE-lish!
