Great idea. Love the sauce recipe. And will follow the pizza dough recipe with 00 flour. Should come “Spectacular”. I have done pizza before but it’s never easy. This way looks very simple

I just wanted to rotate my arm as you rotate you arm while you tasted it. It's really spectacular. Thanks for sharing. And you are right … I never want it to do different again 🙂

My girlfriend order the torch from the link today, and we're dying to try the new cocking experience.
When we lived in Tel Aviv we didn't had oven .. we moved to another apartment now in another city .. and now we have oven, but still I'm open minded for new type of pizza experience.
"Came for the recipe, stayed for the spectacular" 😉

Two simple suggestions, although the original recipe as given may not include it… firstly add the yeast to warm (not hot) water, don't add the salt yet… then add 1/3 of the flour (plus a tiny bit of sugar or honey to start a rapid fermentation), let preferment for about 15-20 minutes. Only then add salt and the rest of the flour – and proceed the same way. This way you get better and at the end faster fermentation.

    Great sauce recipe 👍
I tried with my dough recipe, which include beer instead of water, and I couldn't open it without a stick 😭
Maybe next time I'll try your whole recipe for the pizza, and it'll work without the stick

Normally italian pizza chefs would say that u should proof the dough about 12-24 hours. But i think it depending of ur room temperature. If u r in south east asia like me, pizza dough will be overgrown after two hours proofing.

tomato pulp è passata? (I mix tomato concentrate with olive oil for the sauce but I will try this. I also use a rack inside a deep frying pan with a lid, very hot è sempre senza ananas!

Well, looks very nice I will definitely try this one! Temperature on pan must be much lower than in the oven. But still it looks spectacular! Interesting idea to use torch. Again great job! Thank you for sharing!
