Making these now! Im using Spanish paprika, pimentón de La Vera, given to me by an friend after her annual trip to Spain. She is a Spanish interpreter who lived in Spain for 15 years, she said it was the best, and she was right. It adds a nice smoky touch to the sauce. My son said I must add lime juice to it, so I squeezed some lime on one of two pans of the ribs after 45 min. I have to admit, this is a nice touch to the sauce! This low carb person thanks you!
Are you kidding? I use "flip flop" while cooking all the time. So, it's definitely a culinary term. Great recipe, lovely color on the ribs.

Karen, your country ribs with chili paste marinade are obviously exploding with great flavor! I love this low-carb recipe!
