You can kick up your chicken parm a notch by making your noodles a garlic and oil noodles. Oil, butter and lots of fresh garlic in a fry pan toss the noodles and enjoy. Thank you for sharing all your recipes!

I absolutely love chicken parmesan! ๐คฉ Whenever I go to the Italian restaurant I get the trio, Chicken Parm, Lasagna and Fettuccine Alfredo! And if I just choose one, it's always Fettuccine Alfredo! ๐
I've made Alfredo sauce before and it's so good! ๐ I do use cream cheese but a small amount. And I add sour cream too! ๐
I used to make the spaghetti pie a lot but haven't in years. And it's so good too, especially the next day! That's a fact, Italian food is always better the next day!

I know that temptation to break the spaghetti in half. I was watching another YouTuber the other day and she did break the spaghetti in half. She's a home cook with lots of great recipes and nobody really fussed at her. I've done it before and I used the excuse that I'm Irish. ๐ Italians get upset when people break the spaghetti in half. But my mom did it too with the belief that it cooks faster.
So if someone says something about you breaking the spaghetti in half, just tell them you're not Italian. ๐
