Carbs represents 95% of calories for almost all fruits.
Some exceptions are avocado and durians.

I eat foods that raise my metabolism, so I can eat anything . Also, I keep the fiber low not essential and not digestible. I watch my calories.
i gave up all grains ,cereal ,legumes ,seed and nuts! and 99% of fruits ……. not giving up banana sorry
