    Home made is where it's at. The Ninja Creami has been a revelation for me. I'm eating high protein legit ice cream like twice a day in addition to regular high protein foods and losing weight.

    The downside to Catalina Crunch, for me, is the amount you get per serving. The pieces are dense, so 36 grams comes fast. I often triple the serving if I have it for a meal.

    That said, 330 cal with 33g protein is extremely good for a bowl of cereal, especially if paired with a low calorie milk
