Loved the recipe and the vegan option. We're NOT vegan, but have a dairy allergy, so that's the best for us. I am going to get a dough hook so that I can finally try this recipe after seeing Adam Ragusea, Babish, Brian Lagerstrom and that obnoxious knobend Josh Wiessman, now that I know it's easy to swap out shortening for the butter.
