Thank you, Gorgeous. Why no organic extra virgin olive oil??? Everyone has individual tastes, is that it? It's a natural anti inflammatory too. ๐Ÿ˜˜ And yes, it does contain many amino acids but from what I understand it can't be a meat replacement because it's incomplete proteins. Just fyi. Otherwise very informative. TY

This is a fabulous video! Thank you for the instructional. A lot of people need to learn the basics of how to do this. Ignore the commentors who are being overly picky about your content. They should get off their butts and make their own videos instead of criticizing someone who put in the time and effort to make their own.

I freeze my bone broth in 500ml wide mouth glass canning jars. Leave the top off overnight and put it on lightly once it's frozen. Leave a good 3/4 inch at the top for expansion before freezing. I also use an ice cube tray to freeze it, and you can take out 2, 3, 4 cubes at a time for a little shot of bone broth at any time. Heat it up on the stove just to be safe.

If your lips are natural, I apologize for the comment in advance, but they look collagen injected way too much. They look painful and unnatural, like you've been punched in the mouth, and a real distraction to listening to what you're saying because it's cringeworthy. But if they're natural, I apologize. About the broth, I never add any of that stuff to my bones and it tastes fabulous. I hit the – (minus) button to 240 minutes, and do 2 rounds of that and leave it on warm 24 hours. Costco rotisserie chickens aren't the best choice. But if you love it that way, it's great. At least you're making an effort to be healthy. Jalapenos sort of defeat the purpose of bone broth.

Absolutely nothing wrong with adding celery or carrots 2 your bone broth. Heck I even have added mushrooms ! Never had it taste musty or off. Now, garlic is a whole nother issue. It can make the broth "bitter tasting. Adding carrots and celery are delicious as well as nutritious. And I've been making it for over 55 years.

My Instapost times at 2hrs. & 46min max. in the soup/broth mode on high. Also – Bone broth is not this complicated to make. And my bone broth tastes great, and I use carrots and celery. Just how long did you pressure cook the bones? 10 hours? If so, what's the point of the Instapot? In my Crockpot, I cook chicken bones for 12 hours and beef broth for 48 hours.
