    Very good one ! i laugthed multiple times. Why not marinating it with celery juice after butchering it, may add a savory saltiness and keep the appealing red aspect of the meat with the nitrates. The first thing that you made funny was "A duck recipe, with nothing else than duck !", because the idea of cooking meat without salt is a sacrilege, so that was great. Thanks

    What was this? You should just eat it raw, but do Canadians not have ovens? How do you mess up duck? Just cook it in the oven. Why did you add water? You basically made a broth, so the duck lost flavor. Don't you dare throw that duck fat out, that's the best tasting fat out there! What was this?
