Two years ago I stumbled across a roasted corn beef and I'll never go back to boiling. This year I'll try it on the grill. Also another great thing to do with the roasted corned beef is to make Irish tacos, yes you read that right. One of the best taco's I ever made! This St. Patrick's day we're going to do them again with your corned beef recipe. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Mr. B. What a gorgeous corned beef and cabbage recipe. It looked mouth watering good. By the way, Cabella was just adorable. May I ask how you picked his name and what meaning if any it has to you? I send my warmest regards to both you and Mrs. Backwoods. You are a special couple.

What’s up with the two people that gave this video a thumbs down? SMH. Although I do not have a YouTube channel, I do have a clue at how difficult it is to create a professional quality video that people will watch on a regular basis. If you don’t like the recipe, then just move on. Reserve the thumbs down for poor production quality. As we say in Texas any jackass can kick down a barn, but it takes a craftsman to build one.
