    I have four Thai chili seeds germinating at the moment, just waiting for them to poke out of the soil. Once that happens, I take all of the chili's I froze from last year's harvest and make fermented Thai chili/garlic sauce. In the last batch (one small bottle left) I put in white onion. This time I will increase the garlic and leave out the onion.
    This recipe looks really tasty, and when I break down and get my beef fix for the year, I will certainly make this.
