My younger cousin is a picky eater and doesn't experiment. I took her to a Korean market here in Chicago called H Mart and had her try Chicken Katsu for the first time. She absolutely loved it. I'm sending her the video you clipped this from so she and her wife can enjoy Katsu anytime they want.
Hard to make fried stuff recently in here in germany , Sunflower Oil, penut Oil and Rapeseedoil has become are rare thing. People hamstering Oils or sell it overprieced because of the Ukraine War .
