I made blueberry cheese cake but it was not perfectly stabilized.. I guess the quantity of gelatin I used was not perfect.. I used 200 gm cream cheese n 1 tbsp gelatin… the taste was yum… pls suggest how much quantity gelatin should I use to d mixture of cream cheese, whipped cream n sugar.. thanks
