    V interesting tid bit facts abt saag.. v impressive u learned to make it like a pro.. the only time I attempted here yrs ago it was bitter n 😵😝😝 I never cared enough to make it again.. all these so called regional foods that today have become special specialties r all what really if u think abt it- foods that were grown a plenty in that region n so people mostly ate that n grew to love it whether this saag makki of Punjabs mustard/ corn fields or rice n fish staples in the eat n south, bajra jowar grains in the west or even in the world like Ireland n it's potatoes n Australian lamb. Waise I wud say Anuj ji' s taste in cuisine is more haryanvi -like no..? he loves his simple veg thali lassi, mirchi😊 Enjoyed tho❤

    Hey Suchi, just a suggestion next time add ginger, garlic while boiling, make masala with chopped onions and then when making the oil and chilli tadka just add tons of chopped garlic in it. I can guarantee you guys will loveee it….!!!
