2 months into a carnivore diet after doing intermittent fasting for 6 month 8/16. Feel a lot better and my energy level really went up after the first 30 days of carnivore. Lifelong Eczema is gone. Do you cheat occasionally? I’d really like a freaking piece of pizza. Lol

Man I love your videos! I've been watching your videos for years when I was in the military and used to powerlift. Fast forward years later I'm 300lbs with 2 kids and I barely workout. I hope to one day I'll get some discipline to start this diet and get my life back together. Keep up the great content brother

People give me crap all the time about only eating meat and fats. That I’m going to get ✌🏼fat✌🏼and eventually have a
✌🏼heart attack✌🏼. 3 weeks into this diet and I’ve dropped 8lbs and feel stronger with the gains coming in faster. Better sleep, mood, and focus.

Especially at work, everyone literally eats like shit. Cheetos, fast food, sodas, candys you name it. Yet they have the nerve to tell me I’m unhealthy because of meat lol.

Now they’re saying I’m too ✌🏼skinny✌🏼. It’s those that are unhappy with themselves and bodies that are quick to criticize or simply just talk smack. I’m 6’1 at 181lbs athletic build. Can’t wait to see how I’ll look and feel after my first year!

I'm doing carnivore for weight loss and I don't want to give it up when I start bulking again. My question is – how do you have energy for the gym if you have no ATP? I'm planning on supplementing a ton of creatine to help improve power, but creatine will only take you so far in the gym. Where do you get the power from? I am also planning on drinking whole milk and having yogurt for the milk sugars around my workouts. Perhaps that will help?

For my husband and I it was very important to increase the fat and decrease the meat protein recommended by the Paleomedicina doctors and they might to be able to help your brother even more too! They’ve healed a lot of people including those of us coming from a Carnivore woe💪

I'm 3 weeks into carnivore and have gone from 84kg to 80kg which I don't mind because I can see the difference around my waist. The fear I have is loosing muscle. I eat around 2000 cals a day and make sure I get 1g of protein to 1lbs of body weight. Do you think I will be fine or should I add more calories. Also I workout 6 days a week burning around 1000 cals per session. Thank you for all your videos you've really helped me cut weight which I have had problems doing for years. Again thank you

Mark it’s really cool to see how you have evolved over the years. You look better now than when you were younger! Thank you for continuing to inspire me, I really admire you, thanks for all the information and great videos, I’ve been in the gym at least 5 days a week for six years straight combined with keto and carnivore, I’ve lost over 100 lbs

Great Video Mark. Sums up the major benefits nicely. I found that emotional resilience was high on my list of benefits too which I think your brother may have mentioned before. When life deals you crap this diet can still help you feel good 🤜💪🤛
