When I was little (several decades ago), grandma breaded her pork chops before frying them. My sisters and I never cared what her recipe was, we just knew that the chops themselves were pretty good, and that whatever she combined for the coating (we just referred to it as "crispy crunchy") was magical – a pork-flavored breading we always ate first, the chop itself always coming in second. Yes, I could eat a whole bag (if they bagged it) of the little leftover breading bits from Long John Silver's.

Chef John – On the off chance you see this could you highlight some recipes that are friendly for diabetics? I've been diagnosed with type 2 and it's really gotten me down that I can no longer eat lots of food that I used to love.

Or anyone else if you have some good resources I would appreciate it!

Love this! The recipe looks amazing!!! I'm so excited for fall finally getting to Indiana ❤- love and God bless, Amanda. My question is…do you think I can do this with little pork loin rounds? I think pork and apple is lovely. Just wondering if breading and frying might have a similar yummy effect. Thank you, Chef John!

For $5 on auto withdrawal from your personal bank account, you can "join".

5,000 x $5/month JOIN = $25K/month for him… to listen to his monotous voice, seldom a smile where his face shows it… 🤔

$60/year x 10 years is $600, just for the privilege of saying hi on a live, that will seldom be addressed live.

Anyone else still putting money in a claw machine like Toy Story?

    Me either, lol.
