Not intimidated. I just don't have the ingredients where I live or even available to order online. Ordering from abroad is far too expensive too. No gochugaru even in online spice stores (that should be embarrassing for anyone running a spice store), no soft tofu of any kind, can't afford dried shiitake, can't afford gochujang, no sprouts (unless I make my own and to get the right kind you need to use the method Maangchi uses and I have no time for that or even water for it), no kimchi. 🥺

But … I do use scissors a lot in the kitchen and I did enjoy the video and added it to the archives so that when Croatian spice stores shape up and I can afford gochujang, I can return and try these recipes. Thank you!

Hi great video thank you. I have a question? Do you have a video like telling us what kind of ingredients to get and what not to get? If you have any staples ingredients that you need to keep on hand all the time for those days where you don’t have anything to cook but these ingredients are your go to and they’re always going to make a delicious meals. If that makes any sense lol I would love for you to make a video like that to help me! 😅 I love Korean food and I want to eat healthier. Thank you 🙏

You talk so fast that I have to strap myself in before I watch your videos! They are all sensational, but I must confess that I am very old and hate the "You guys" expression. I think I have bought all the special Asian ingredients that I need to make your recipes, but I'm still a little intimidated. Like I said, I'm old. Thank you.

I want to use the tofu you recommend. Once I thought I had it and opened it in excitement only to read the ingredients and find it has eggs in it!! I'm still looking in my area.

I always have cold sores outbreaks when on my periods and they were very terrible, when I went for test the doctor said I had HPV virus. I just want to share a brief testimony of how Dr Ben Uda on YouTube completely cured me from HPV virus with his natural medicine.

I’m starting to think that red chili pepper pasta is life blood for you, lol. Just wondering what a non spicey version might be. Or it probably depends on what your making to choose a different thing? Also, do you think you veggie pancakes would work with gluten free flour?
