Easy Two Ingredient Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken
I'll share another of my little tricks with you, Jim, that I just discovered recently. You know what works real good for coating your meats with flour and such? A 3lb coffee container. The best kind are the plastic ones with the built-in handle. And with the open interior of the container, there's plenty of room for the meat to flop around and get coated real good. As soon as you get done using it, just rinse it out right away so the coating doesn't dry on the interior and it's ready to use next time, or ready to be washed if needed. Just make sure you have the lid snapped on good and tight. Don't learn the hard way like I did and got flour all over the place!

Boy I need to get me one of those iron skillets,,,,,now do u have to seal them with oil in the oven or anything?
you can make chicken gravy from butter, flour rue then add teaspoon coffee (instant ) and teaspoon chicken granules 1/2 to 1 cup water.
from my finding that potatoe needs alot of water so I put enough water to cover them if you didn't want tomates.
I'm watching this in January 2018, it's cold and raining outside. So I'm definitely gonna need to make this. Love your videos
