Love this pressure cooker!>>>ur2.pl/1035 I made Thai curry with chicken in 30 min and steamed rice in 6! I was a bit apprehensive as this is my first time using anything like this but getting started was pretty simple. It is important to follow instructions and "season" the seal. This would be a great gift for busy moms or really anyone who needs great food, super fast. I got this during prime day but will look for another deal around the holidays.

liked everything except the super duper salt product. i also was very fond of V-8, when i
was young no one knew salt kills, had a freakin heart attack, now i know, old is no so bad, it has a few drawbacks but as far as i can tell it's better than being dead. we had no computers when i was young, so no way to check facts in several places to be pretty

You did a good job of explaining this but it doesn't look that great, I am SURE it tastes good though. You added way too much liquid and V8 or a small can of sauce would have helped the taste and looks.

Everyone does things differently. I'm in a FB Instant Pot group with a quarter million people. We are taught not to judge or denigrate others eating customs. Many, many people make ground beef stew on the page. People feel superior when they insult someone, but it's an unattractive quality.

I've seen where they sauté the ground beef first once sauté hits HOT (so the meat doesn't stick to the bottom), then add their broth after the beef is browned, and then the veggies. Veggies can be filled high, even though it's not suggested. I've done it with no problem when many veggies like zuchinni, onion, or tomato go to more  liquid consistency. His view of potatoes may be because they turn to sugar so fast, and they are very starchy, and as someone said they aren't used in Paleo diets, or autoimmune diets. They have nutrients, but they aren't nutrient rich. Because the FB page has so many members, people aren't allowed to insult as I've seen on this youtube page, or they're booted off the page if they don't stop. This is a healthy stew, and looks like so many stews I've seen on the FB page. From using my IP, I can tell you his stew will taste great in spite of the comments, and he has lunches for four days. Good for him.

From one cook to another we all like different things. he is eating healthier than some. Just because YOU wouldn't eat it doesn't mean others wouldn't. I bet it tastes better than you think. But people want to try to "be cool" and make fun of others and that makes more sense than constructive criticism to them. I've made this and I would prefer a tomato based stew, same ingredients, every so often.

The guy took time out of his day to make a video and show us how to make HIS version of the stew. When it comes to cooking for yourself, there are no rules. If you don't like his recipe, move on…There's no need for rude comments. :-/ I've never thought about adding wine or vinegar to my stew. Thanks for the idea!
