Looks great! Just right for Autumn. Good to see you made dumplings too. I also like the addition of small pearl onions in stews like this but they seem hard to find all the time in the UK; it's not the same with chopped larger onions.
Looks good! I would add potatoes and onions instead of dumplings, though.
