Great looking stew Brenda! I love the addition of the sausage and the fact that you didn't peel the spuds! Nice rich and thick sauce to! I would have seconds! Then thirds! Even fourths but then I would have to remember that I need to share! 🙂
That looks really good. I wonder how similar that Portuguese chourico is to Mexican chorizo. I wonder why they say not to use water for rinsing mushrooms. It works fine for me, though I only do it if I'm going to use them immediately.
