Hey Chef. This dish looks like a Chinese version of Chunky Soup. Looks good. Btw I went to the Chinese grocery store and stocked up on items I could use for all my Chinese stir frying. I bought lots at discounted produce and so did the girlfriend. I'll tell you what I bought sometime this week as I have yet to sort out everything. I was tired when I got back home so I just placed everything in the fridge. I'm sure there will be a lot of Chinese cooking this week. I'm so happy.

Good morning Chef! Another amazing video!!! You are a Master Chef whose recipes are easy, no fuss and always turn out great!! I have a question about what cooking oil to use. I see here you are using peanut oil. I use canola- is peanut oil better? I’m making this today and adding carrots and Yukon gold potatoes for angel granddaughter.
    Thank you Chef
