Thank you for watching. I love sharing these local Chinese dishes that are delicious but not well known outside of China. Reluctantly, infamous recipes usually don't get as many views compared to those Westernized take-out dishes. This is a recipe that I grew up eating for breakfast (at least 3 times a week). The flavor is carved in my taste buds, every time I make this dish, my house smells like my hometown. If you like this video, please hit the like button & share this video. That is a big support and encouragement for me. Thank you again =)

Mindy, I really enjoy your channel and your recipes. I get the impression you are in the USA attending university, studying English perhaps? You make all my favorite chinese dishes I learned to love while I lived in China and Taiwan.

Hi Mandy, I couldn't find anywhere to post this, but I haven't heard anything about your cookbook. Is it available yet and if not, will you have a mailing list for those of us who will be buying the physical copy? I have necessarily been away for about a year, so if there are any updates could you tell us where to find it. Everything I have cooked from your channel has been perfectly delicious.

But, I wanted to specifically say that you're really beautiful. ❤️

I'm currently dating a Chinese woman and I'm really happy to learn such simple recipes and surprise her whenever we see each other for lunch or dinner. 😍😅

Don't worry about the naming of those noodles. In my country, there is a type of noodle that looks a bit like these, only shorter and thicker and one of the regional names for them basically translates to "little boy penises" so I'd take something like "rat's tail" over that any day /shudder

Hi Mandy, I always appreciate your videos and watch them all. Lately, I've noticed the audio is very faint. Is everything working correctly with your lavaliere microphone? Ever since you switched over to it, audio has been somewhat muffled but lately, it's gotten worse. This isn't happening when I view other youtube channels on the same machine, so I think it may be an issue with your equipment or something else specific to your channel. Thanks!
