    This is the Caucasion version. Lets be honest. Every hispanic soaks the meat for an hour or 2 just so the blood can be washed out. Its a tip for taste and sanitary reason. Just saying💁 also u add salt onion and garlic not artificial beef broth

    Awesome all mama's have their own variations add some spices etc.my MIL served hers over yellow rice with lime diced onion and corn tortillas on THE side I've had it with a dash of taco seasoning just s touch very good so take s basic recipe (like this and make it yours!!!

    Made this tonight and was awesome!!! Was my wifes 1st time trying caldo de rez, her n the kids loved it! I had some years ago with beef ribs and was really good so I used some beef riblets and came out great! Thanks!
