    Oh and time zone is really hard around here. Hard to tell what’s eastern time and what’s central time. Devices go really funny around the time zone. Chattanooga is eastern time.

I was at a Brazilian steak house 33 years ago in Rio de Janeiro, way before they became popular here, of course. I loved it. Wish I'd gone carnivore then. Anyway, your beef, butter, bacon, egg challenge video popped into my feed. Decided to resubscribe to you guys to follow this journey. I'm 71, found Dr. Berry, and then others, including you, went keto, then carnivore over 14 months ago, to work on my health. Have T2D, NAFLD, osteoarthritis, sleep apnea, hypertension, high cholesterol, high triglycerides, spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, and obesity. My doctor wanted to start me on a second diabetic medicine and kept nagging me about statins, though I couldn't tolerate them. Anyway, over the last 14 months, I significantly decreased all those lab numbers that count and lost 61lbs. Just got the C peptide and fasting insulin tests that Dr. Berry recommends, and found I still need to work on the insulin resistance. I work to be 0 carb, but its tough. Love heavy cream in my coffee, use Keto Elevate MCT powder sometimes in my coffee to, and pure monk fruit sweetener, which doesn't elevate my blood sugar. I still need to lose weight, and work on my arthritis, but I am completely off my diabetic medicine. Hope your journey with carnivore is as productive as mine has been!

    Super Excited too see how much you love this challenge!!! My favorite thing is Egg yolk “Space Buns” best thing with Vital farms salty butter !! So yummy!!!!Been doing this for over a month.. you won’t gain weight Rachel 💗💗Love&light from California 💗💗

    I am on board .. now I am adding 1-2 oz of cheese a day myself however that is ok as long as I can limit it and a good hard cheese or goat cheese .. some other things are my triggers and cant stop like nuts .. We got this !!

    I loved the road trip video. Keto even works on road trips. I just got some of the Redmond seasoning salt in the mail (used 2kk link). Glad to hear i can use it in bbb&e challenge. Can't wait to try it on eggs. Your Almost home. Safe travels and a good nights sleep. Then all the bbb&e you can eat 😁

    I have thought about streak o lean in forever. My late father-in-law from Mississippi would make it by dipping it in milk and then dredging in flour. That way is not Keto of course but it was delicious! Glad you enjoyed passing through Tennessee.

    I am watching you through this, but not joining. We don't buy beef. We are a hunting family and our red meet comes from deer. I also make homemade breakfast sausage from deer.

    I am on board! I was doing carnivore for the month of September, but, I have been eating a lot of cheese and cream. I needed this challenge to help me find out if I do better without all of the dairy. I made some homemade butter by just shaking my heavy cream until it became butter and will use it in my coffee. Also, I am really excited that I get my bloodwork done on October 22nd so I will share the results.

    I have done this kind of diet years ago. I could not believe that I could eat all the fat and not gain weight. But Its true. I never gained weight. Once I started intermittent fasting , the weight just fell off. I am now living a "Ketovore" style lifestyle. But I feel better on Carnivore (started Carnivore 15 months ago)

    I was going to wait till October to try full carnivore, but this video has encouraged me to start today. My biggest goal is to get away from eating too many Keto snacks and choc zero bars.
    Truly hoping going carnivore helps my energy level. I’ll be watching daily as to feed off your energy. 😇😇

    I literally hate boiled eggs🤢, always have . I’d be in trouble if I had to eat boiled eggs several times a day. I can handle scrambled eggs ever once in a while as long as I add meat or cheese to eat with it. So I’m guessing if I did that challenge it would be black coffee & meat.
