Beef and broccoli is terrible 99.5% of the time. The beef is always way too chewy. Every time I order it I yell myself it's gunna be good this time, the beef can't be trash every time. Then I get it and bam, the beef is chewy and tastes like shit. It's always soo bad at every single Chinese restaurant that it should be taken off the menu permanently, because not 1 restaurant can do it correctly.

To be in food business is the worst Unless its your dream. It is labor intensive, profit is small, food industry is very very saturated market, number of customers are inconsistent compared to subscription based membership of Costco. Like annually they generate like billions of dollars just for a single card. I am happy for you if this is your dream, but if your dream is to retire and travel while youre young, this is not the best business.
