I put finely chopped bacon and onion with herbs on one side (it goes in raw). The other side is just apple (eating ones not cookers) and sugar. I hate cinnamon so I eat my apple quite plain. Banana and chocolate filling is good too.

You could put a letter on each end to denote which is sweet and which is savoury.
Just don't use 'S' for sweet and 'S' for savoury though.
