    So excited Chris's book was apart of this bundle, I recently purchased his Frickin Rawsome Pizza book and was blown away, definitely get it if you enjoy pizza, it has many sauces and crust recipes. I look forward to this new sauce book, as well as, everyone else's contributions. This bundle is amazing! I got the last one too, love these bundles. Thanks guys!

    Chris is right, "Nutritional" yeast is a byproduct, it's the same fungus referred to as baker's and brewer's yeast, saccharomyces cervisiae.
    " [F]ermentation produces much more yeast than is needed to brew the next batch of beer, so if it isn’t given away, that excess yeast would just be discarded". Looks like brewers found a lucrative way to get rid of their waste : add a bunch of synthetic vitamins (that have been found to increase all risk mortality), market it as health food and send it down people's food pipes…
    As if they didn't harm the public enough trafficking intoxicating drinks.
