    Your flour tortillas look just like my mom's, and I love it. They are supposed to be soft and fluffy, and too many times I see people make them but they look chewy and flat. Thank you for sharing this delicious meal… one that we had often as children, when mom was trying to make her paycheck stretch for the week.

    I love your recipes! I'm Mexican and I think your recipes are pretty typical Mexican food! The only thing I don't understand and I'm sorry, I don't mean to be disrespectful, but, why do you pronounce TORTIAS but you pronounce agua de pepinos con limón perfectly? I'm sorry if I ask something weird but I can't help but cringe when you pronounce tortillas gringo style! Saludos desde Chihuahua y viva México….
