Today we will be smoking a whole chicken to make some barbecue sandwiches. Using my Chargriller offset smoker at higher temps to make this cook fast.

    I got my California dream rub in the mail yesterday, so I need to try this recipe. I'm probably going to use my electric smoker because it is getting cold in Jersey, but can't wait. Nice moves Kirby and looking forward to trying the rub.

    Fantastic Spatchcock Chicken Kirby! I’ve used mustard on all the meats as a binder for smoking/grilling and baking. The first time do that I was surprised that there wasn’t a mustard flavor. I know you ate good Kirby!
