Love your video, need to know what your toaster oven is. To fit these big guys? I've been looking for a toaster oven that has a function for "keep on" at warm. Crazy it's harder than I thought to find me a toaster oven that advertises a stay on function with temperature adjustment that will fit a full brisket or your shanks! Thank you for your videos!

Venison shank has become my 2nd. favorite cut from the deer we kill. 1st. is sirloin tips. 3rd. is tenderloin & then backstrap. Shank meat is way under rated. That collagen is money !
