2 Lbs Beef Riblets
minced garlic
1 onion, chopped
oil for searing riblets
1/2 cup red wine
1 c beef broth
BBQ sauce (I used Sweet Baby Ray’s Vidalia Onion)
Dry Rub:
BBQ seasoning
salt & pepper or any combination of seasonings you like
30 min High Pressure
10 Min Natural Release then quick release
