    St. Louis style ribs seasoned with yellow mustard and my own rib blend and in fridge for the 4th, going to do them in the oil-less fryer. Put your pork belly, and if dicing bacon, in the freezer for 1/2 hour. It's easier and less greasy to slice up. Your pork belly looked like carnivore popcorn! Prepping tomorrow, lots of egg "chaffles" with fried egg and sausage for breakfast for my husband on the go, maybe I'll surprise him and make a few with bacon.

    Good luck with your challenge, just FYI boiled eggs last longer (expiration wise) if you don’t peel them ahead of time. Three days peeled, about 7 days unpeeled.
