As far as gluten free and the monster cookies…most oats are not gluten free (they're processed on the same lines as wheat and/or grown next to wheat fields). If you have a wheat/gluten allergy or have celiac, you can't consume most oats. You have to find oats that are labeled gluten free. I'm gluten intolerant and I have found that I don't do well with gluten-free oats. I've found sprouted gluten-free oats at Costco that I tolerate well. Amy, I appreciate your heart for Jesus. I'm a Michigan girl like you (born and raised). I've raised my family outside Wash, DC (Loudoun County, VA).

On Mondays video, you asked how short people get their clothes out of the washing machine. I have one very similar to yours, and I'm 5'3". So I have to stand on my tippy toes and make sure the wash base keeps moving so clothes are closer to the front. When I was pregnant, I had to have a step stool to get anything out. It was funny, and sometimes I felt like I was going to fall in!😂

Amy, can you post your cabbage soup you ate for weight loss? Or link to it? Please. I have a goal to lose 50lbs by September. Doing low carbs, intermittent fasting, and exercising. Think the soup would be good to fill up on when we are having more carb laden meals

Oats are gluten-free but they need to be certified gluten-free. Oats are often grown right beside a wheat crop and then are cross-contaminated with wheat which is not gluten-free. Many celiac folks will not touch an oat baked good unless they know the oats are safe.

Oatmeal is gluten free but you need to be careful because they may be processed in a facility that contains wheat, barley or rye. So just buy one that is labeled Gluten free to be safe if you have to.
