    Hello, Beautiful Sonal. Please tell your husband Happy Birthday from my family. I have a present for you. I just made something called a Basque Cheesecake. My husband and I loved it. There is no crust and no need for a spring-form pan. I’m going to post it on my public FaceBook page. I am following Carnivore while my husband is Ketovore. Here is the recipe:

    Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Mix 28 oz. cream cheese, 5 large eggs, 1 & 1/2 cup heavy cream, 1/2 cup powdered beef gelatin, 3/4 cup Monkfruit sweetener and 1 Tbsp vanilla. Generously butter the 9”x13” or 9” cake pan before pouring in the batter. Bake for 45 minutes. After the 45 minutes is over, increase the heat to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 5 minutes more. Remove from the oven and allow to reach room temperature before chilling for four (4) hours or overnight. My husband said this Keto-friendly/Dirty Carnivore cheesecake tasted like a creme brûlée. It is so good. The gelatin stabilizes the custard. I believe you will love it, too.
