This is a simple and quick (1 hour and 40 minutes) BBQ spare ribs recipe that uses a pressure cooker and a BBQ or smoker. Also, a barbecue sauce made with Sriracha Chili Sauce and Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce

It is very easy to follow and the results come out great. Your family and friends will think you spent hours cooking when you only spent about 30 minutes preparing and the rest of the time the pressure cooker and BBQ are doing the real work.

Wait Friday the 13th no way. My next video will be out Saturday, April 14th and it is going to be Baby Back Ribs that are sous vide for 12 hours and then 1 hour on the smoker. This is also a Keto and LCHF version so no worry about sugar. So now you have no reason not to Subscribe so just do it. https://www.youtube.com/c/learntobbq?sub_confirmation=1

Already used it a couple of times and everything came out perfectly.>>>t.co/Mmkh32tiBp Pretty much foolproof, since I'd never used a pressure cooker before and was able to figure it our pretty well just from the directions and the cookbook that came with the product.

Thanks for the video. I have been smoking ribs for years and always preferred baby backs over spare ribs. Being new to the "Instant Pot", I followed your technique and it was a surprising success, best spare ribs I have ever cooked. I did change a few things, and will probably continue to experiment next time I make them. First, I seasoned the ribs and smoked them for 1 hour with my pellet smoker, (smoke setting), for an hour. Then I put them in the Instant Pot for 26 minutes, (why 26? just experimenting, I was afraid of overcooking). Also, in the Instant Pot, I put 1 cup of apple juice instead of water along with a bit of apple cider vinegar and chopped onion. ( Did I need to do this? Probably not, but i did it anyway). Then re-seasoned and slathered bbq sauce on, and put back on the smoker for an hour at 225 degrees. Ribs were amazing, tender, moist, and had a smoke ring. They did not "fall off the bone" which is good, and what a pleasure to bite into! I was afraid of over cooking, but I could have blasted them at a higher temp in the last step. Better than any ribs you can get at any bbq joint. Next time I will smoke a bit longer to see what happens. Thanks.

I made ribs yesterday and for some unknown reason they just weren't tender. I had sprinkled them with lemon juice and their rub the night before and then had them in the oven at 300°F for 3 hours with some liquid and they came out tough. Your recipe saved them. After seeing it, I put themin the pressure cooker for an other 20 minutes and then in the oven on broil, 5mins per side and they came out tender. So, thank you for uploading this. You saved our dinner last night. I think I might do the pressure-cooker method from now on. Such a time saver!

Ok, I need your help. I challenged another YouTuber to a challenge. Who gets to 1,000 subscribers first. His channel is NOT ANOTHER COOKING SHOW and I think he is right for it might not even be a cooking show but you decide. We both need the help so if you like both then subscribe to both if not then pick one.
