But these worms aren’t going to get me high. I always eat the worm first out of my tequila Mezcal. And I share it with whoever I’m drinking it with. I know I can find them I’m gonna try it. Thank you!!! Mucho Caliente. Just imagine me saying that with a southern accent. LOL God bless

aye que rukas! Really enjoyed watching you both today. Was surfing youtube looking for the how to for first time turkey bakers, I found you! Thank you! Will be attempting your recipe tomorrow. Quick question on your Lamb barbacoa, what part of the lamb do you use…I was raised on barbacoa cabeza de rez. Gracias…

In case you weren't joking. It is better to add salt or spices a little at a time because you can always add more. However, you can minimize or remove excess spices if you've overdone it. Just add a slice of stale bread or a raw potato cut in half and let them soak in you screw, soup, etc. for about 20 minutes and taste to see where you are. There's a limit to how much you can remove but it's worth a shot in particular if it's just a little too much. Can really save you from starting over and losing all that time and those ingredients.

You can use a blowtorch if you have a electric stove.
And you can make it in the insta pot put it on slow cooking as long as you can (24 hours) and on the highest setting of tenderness 🤤🤤🤤 and put some tequila in it also and you can use the blowtorch to roast for your salsas and you can eat the leaf also🤤 dont trow it away
But for me I leave the worms out 🤢
Thank you for this recipe my beautiful Mexican princess's 🌹💋💋💋

I love lamb!! And I have all those peppers on hand all the time thanks to a gift from my husband .. a cook book called Nepolito… but my question is …. could this be done with pork? Like a Boston Butt??? My husband and I love lamb but my kids not so much … and also I’m having a hard time finding banana leaves in my area
