The fact that the sodium is under 400 is a good thing even if it makes the flavor more bland than you'd like and I'm a fan of a thicker texture . That quantity wouldn't satisfy me except as a side dish but what do you expect for 210 !

I usually try things at least once. Not sure about this yet though. Maybe when it's on sale &/or if I have a coupon. 😉 Thanks, Kevin! 👍

I thought the white powder at the beginning might be powdered milk, but seeing the gooeyness (sp?) after you took it out of the microwave changed that. The ingredients lists tapioca and I think that must be what caused it to thicken. Wonder what else they could make with tapioca?

god i love banza, it’s such a great source of protein, iron, and has some fiber (i desperately need all three lol). it’s one of those things i tried once just to try it, and ended up buying it again and again because i liked it so much. i love pasta so i guess it’s nice to switch it up and get more out of it 🙂

I love the creaminess of the cheese powder. Never seen cheese powder do that! It looks wonderful actually. Even if its plain tasting I would eat it. Thank You Banza for creaminess cheese powder technology!! Kindest Regards, Aiden Alamo
